About the Role:
- Deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to small SEN groups
- Support pupils with a range of needs including ASD, ADHD, and SEMH
- Work closely with support staff and external specialists to meet learning goals
- Create a nurturing classroom where every child feels safe and valued
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential
- Strong understanding of SEN teaching strategies and behavior management
