An established, family-owned metal distribution business is looking for an ambitious Sales Trainee to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to learn the fundamentals of sales, develop valuable commercial skills, and progress towards a long-term career in sales.
What You ll Be Doing

Learning how the business operates, including products, services, and customer relationships

Supporting the sales team with customer enquiries, quotations, and order processing

Building knowledge of the market, product range, and customer requirements

Developing communication and negotiation skills through real client interactions

Working towards individual sales targets with structured training and support
