Pricing & Contracts Travel Executive

We are collaborating with a fabulous travel company who are now seeking an experienced Contracts & Pricing Travel Executive to join their friendly and supportive team, hybrid working model.

The Contracts & Pricing Executive shall be responsible for all administrative aspects of the Product & Commercial department. Each day will not be the same.

Contracts & Pricing Travel Executive Duties:

• Loading, pricing, and repricing of any travel products.
• Ensuring the accurate set up of all tours within the system.
• Ensuring that best practice is applied to improve efficiency and speed to market.
• Booking and issuance of any voucher for excursions which are included within tours
• Working within the team to create pricing competitor analysis and take action to amend prices and reprice products as required.
• Ensure an efficient process is in place for the booking of any excursions on tours.

Contracts & Pricing Travel Executive Essential Requirements:

• Attention to detail is imperative.
• Good knowledge of the travel link system (training can be provided).
• Strong numeracy and literacy skills, concise articulate communication and an attention to detail are essential.
• Competent in Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and able to produce documentation to a high standard and distil pertinent facts from complex data.
