We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Resourcer to join our established and growing Education Recruitment team in our Chelmsford office.
This is a permanent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced recruitment environment and enjoys building strong candidate relationships within the education sector.
The Role
As a Recruitment Resourcer, you will play a key role in supporting our consultants by:
- Proactively sourcing and attracting high-quality education professionals
- Managing the candidate journey from initial contact through to placement
- Conducting candidate registrations, interviews, and compliance checks
- Maintaining and updating the CRM/database accurately
- Advertising roles across job boards and social platforms
- Building and nurturing a strong talent pipeline within the education market
About You
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Resourcer (education sector experience is highly desirable)
- Strong candidate-driven mindset with excellent communication skills
- Confident using job boards, LinkedIn, and other sourcing methods
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- A team player with a proactive and positive attitude
