Job Title: Multi trader - Temp to Perm

Area: Eastleigh

Salary: 37,500

Role: Social Housing Maintenance Operative

My client is a leading housing association looking for an experienced social housing Multi trader to work on their properties in Eastleigh and surrounding areas. Van and fuel card included.

Duties will include:

• Plumbing, Carpentry, Tiling, Plastering etc.
• Liaise with customers and colleagues to ensure they are aware of progress and action being taken.
• Ensure all works comply with relevant health and safety legislations
• Ensure work is completed on time
• To use and apply a Schedule of Rates for jobs
• Available to cover over time works when needed
• Complete and maintain paperwork accurately

Requirements:

• Wide variety of Multi Trade experience
• Strong Plumbing and Carpentry skills
• Experience working on void properties
• Social housing/High volume works experience
• UK Driving licence
