Job Summary

Movar is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join our expanding Commercial and Project Controls capability. You will support the commercial management of infrastructure and capital delivery projects, operating as a consultant within client environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide commercial and quantity surveying support across capital and operational projects.
• Assist in managing projects from inception through to completion.
• Support cost planning, forecasting, and reporting.
• Attend sites to carry out measurements and valuations.
• Support tendering and commercial evaluations.
• Assist with variations, final accounts, and applications for payment.
• Experience within utilities especially water highly desirable.

Experience and Qualifications

• HND or degree level qualification in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.
• Experience within construction or infrastructure projects.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.
