Level 3 Early Years Practitioner - Large, Outstanding Nursery - Central Leeds

Full-time (4 or 5 days per week) Independently Run Highly Supportive Team Exceptional Outdoor Learning Environment

A fantastic opportunity has opened within my client's large, well-established nursery in Central Leeds, known for its warm atmosphere, outstanding practice, and commitment to giving children the very best start in life. They are now seeking an experienced Level 3 Early Years Practitioner who can bring fresh ideas, creativity, and passion to their thriving team.

The Role

As a Level 3 Practitioner, you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality care and education across one of the age groups. You'll be encouraged to bring your own ideas, contribute to planning, and help shape enriching experiences for the children.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Creating engaging, child-led activities

  • Supporting children's development through high-quality interactions

  • Working collaboratively within a large, supportive team

  • Using the nursery's extensive outdoor space to deliver inspiring learning opportunities

  • Building strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues



About You

The nursery is looking for someone who is:

  • Level 3 qualified in Early Years

  • Experienced in a nursery setting

  • Confident, creative, and full of ideas

  • Passionate about outdoor learning

  • A strong team player who thrives in a busy, well-organised environment
