The Ideal Candidate We are seeking a proven Sales & Marketing leader who: Has held a senior sales/marketing leadership role within a high-end national kitchen retailer or franchise operation Demonstrates a strong track record of delivering measurable sales growth Has experience managing retail showrooms and B2C design-led sales teams Understands trade, contract and developer B2B opportunities Is commercially astute, data-driven and confident in forecasting and budgeting Has experience building or scaling franchise or multi-site operations (highly desirable) Is ambitious, entrepreneurial and motivated by performance-based reward Why Apply?
