In return the Trainee Welder will receive: A basic salary of £12.77 per hour (eq. £26.561.60 per year) Shift bonus increases pay by 20% 25 Days Holiday Life assurance, Pension, Company Bonus Following the training / probation period of 6 months, this wage will increase £14.21 per hour. Important Note Shift Work The welding team work a two shift work pattern of rotating early and late shifts. Due to the timings of these shifts, people need to be able to commute to the Manufacturing facility without relying on public transport.
