FRA Site Manager Passive Fire Protection (Fire Doors)
All Projects: West London Ideal for West London based candidates
A well-established passive fire protection specialist with a huge secured order book is expanding and looking for an experienced Site Installation Manager to deliver multiple large-scale PFP projects (£1 4m).
This is a site-based role for an FRA Site Manager managing fire doors and FRA remedial works across live social housing projects all located in West London, North to South.
The Role for the FRA Site Manager
Manage multiple PFP projects from start to finish
Oversee fire doors, fire stopping, compartmentation & containment
Lead direct labour and subcontractors on live sites
Ensure full compliance with fire safety regulations and quality standards
Act as main site contact for clients and internal teams
Maintain programme, cost control, and digital site records
About the FRA Site Manager role
Proven Site Manager experience within PFP / fire protection
Strong fire door and FRA knowledge
Experience delivering projects up to £4m
Commercially aware and highly organised
Social housing experience preferred
Carpentry or hands-on fire door background advantageous
Full UK driving licence
Package for the FRA Site Manager
Circa £48,000 salary
