Achieving and maintaining tolerances of 0.05 mm across titanium, aluminium, stainless steel, and nickel alloys Selecting and optimising tooling, feeds, and speeds to balance quality, cycle time, and tool life Measuring and recording dimensions using micrometers, calipers, bore gauges, FARO arm, and gauges in line with AS9100 requirements Working closely with AM, programming, and QA teams to ensure right first time delivery What you need to succeed: 2-3 years' experience setting and operating 5 axis CNC milling centres Strong understanding of machining processes and tooling selection Confident working under pressure with minimal supervision Clear communicator with a proactive, problem solving mindset Genuine interest in producing complex, high performance components Desirable Experience Exposure to metal additive manufacturing and post processing Probing, metrology, GD&T, CMM workflows, and basic SPC Machining high strength alloys such as titanium and Inconel What's in it for you This is a rare opportunity to work at the forefront of advanced manufacturing, producing components that perform in some of the most demanding environments.
