Job Responsibilities
Lead and oversee quality assurance activity within Children s Social Care
Manage and coordinate monthly practice audits and thematic audits
Identify key learning from audit activity and quality findings
Facilitate learning forums to ensure lessons are embedded into practice
Support preparation for Ofsted inspections and monitoring visits
Contribute to driving continuous practice improvement across the Quality Assurance service
Strengthen quality assurance capacity to support service development
Person Specification
Must-Have Requirements
Significant experience within Children s Social Care
Strong knowledge of quality assurance frameworks and audit processes
Experience supporting or preparing for Ofsted inspections
Ability to analyse practice, identify learning, and promote improvement
Strong leadership and communication skills
Nice-to-Have Requirements
Experience leading thematic audits
Background in service improvement or performance management
Experience facilitating learning or reflective practice forums
