Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive analysis of the client landscape to identify key opportunities for growth, staying abreast of industry trends and technological advancements to inform strategic decision making. Develop growth campaign strategies in collaboration with the NS Account Group leadership team, tailored to our client base, including target clients, potential partners to expand our reach, and key technology requirements. Engage with clients to build strong relationships and drive business development effort through leveraging existing networks and actively seeking new opportunities for partnerships and collaborations. Lead the development of compelling proposals, both pro actively and reactively, for NS contracts and projects, working closely with IBM cross functional teams to ensure alignment with client requirements and IBM capabilities. Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the national security industry, including government agencies, contractors, and potential partners. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely. A self starter with a proactive attitude and the ability to lead cross functional teams effectively, adaptable to changing circumstances and capable of navigating a challenging business environment. Possession of an industry security clearance or eligibility to obtain one is a requirement. It is desirable if the candidate has some experience of working within a defence context within the UK.
