A leading chilled food manufacturer is seeking a Process Technologist to join their high-performing team in London. This is a pivotal role at the heart of product development, where you'll translate innovative recipes into scalable, production-ready products that meet the highest standards of quality, safety and commercial performance.
You'll lead factory trials through to launch, working cross-functionally with NPD, Technical, Production and Commercial teams to ensure customer-approved recipes can be delivered efficiently, cost-effectively and consistently at scale. From planning trials and managing documentation to testing, validation and post-trial analysis, you'll play a critical role in bringing new and improved products to life.
What you'll bring:
- Experience as a Process Technologist or within NPD, chilled experience is a bonus
- Confidence leading trials in fast-paced factory environments
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent relationship-building ability
- Highly organised with sharp attention to detail
