High end, reputable developer with a long history of up market developments urgently seeks an experienced Development Manager.

We have a number of high end major apartment and mixed use schemes across London, known for quality and for rewarding staff with excellent incentives and benefits.

The Development Manager will need to be an experienced DM in major project delivery. The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to run major schemes, bringing all external and internal departments together and ensuring the scheme is delivered on time and within budget. The role requires adaptability and the capacity to deal with changes quickly and effectively.
