Part-Time Office Administrator

Location: Ware, SG12 9AL

Hours: 3 days a week; Wednesday Friday; 9:00am 3:00pm

Our client, a family-owned business with decades of experience in commercial recycling and waste management, is looking for aPart-Time Office Administrator to join their supportive and dynamic team.

Your Role:
As one of our client s Office Administrators, you ll be at the heart of keeping the office running smoothly. You will:

  • Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring everything runs efficiently.
  • Handle client communications with professionalism and a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate logistics, including transport scheduling and implementing recycling solutions.
  • Support the wider team through administrative tasks and liaising with external partners.

What They re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in office administration or a similar role.
  • Strong communication and multitasking abilities.
  • Problem Solving Skills especially in logistics and recycling processes.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Minimum of GCSE Level 4 (Grade C) in Mathematics and English.
  • A positive, proactive attitude and the ability to stay organised in a fast-paced environment.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Knowledge of recycling processes and sustainability practices.
  • Prior experience in a client-facing role.
