Our client is looking to bring on a Construction Manager to join a multi-billion Main Contractor in London. They have a 5 star reputation and have been involved in some of the most ground breaking schemes across the capital. They also have one of the best staff retention rates for production staff across the industry.

Job description & Responsibilities

They are embarking on a multi-billion pound project in the heart of London. It will involve a mix of homes, offices and retail space.

The successful Construction Manager will have a proven track record working on major schemes for other main contractors and must also work extremely well within a team.

Key Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' experience working for a Contractor
• Track record on multi-million pound schemes
• Experience working on mixed-use projects
• SMSTS
• CSCS
• First Aid
