Supply Desk is recruiting an Autism Support Worker to support pupils with ASD in a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Radlett. This is a rewarding opportunity for someone passionate about championing neurodiversity and making a real difference.
The RoleSupporting pupils with autism in and out of the classroom
Encouraging communication, independence, and emotional regulation
Implementing structured routines and positive behaviour strategies
Working closely with class teachers and SEN staff
Has experience supporting children with autism
Demonstrates a calm, consistent, and empathetic approach
Shows a strong understanding of behaviour support strategies
Holds an enhanced DBS or is willing to apply for one
Daily pay from £85
Ongoing support from a dedicated consultant
Access to autism-specific CPD and training
Opportunity to secure a permanent role
