Teamforce are currently seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join a growing and dynamic commercial team delivering major construction projects. This role would suit a commercially astute professional who has experience working with Tier 1 and Tier 2 contractors and is comfortable operating within a fast-paced project environment. The ideal candidate will have previously worked for a mid-sized main contractor or specialist subcontractor delivering complex structural or civil engineering packages, where they have taken ownership of commercial processes and supported successful project delivery. Key Responsibilities: Managing project costs from procurement through to final account Administering contracts and ensuring compliance with commercial procedures Preparing valuations, variations, and cost reports Managing subcontractor procurement, payments, and final accounts Working closely with project teams to ensure financial performance and risk management Supporting commercial strategy across multiple packages or projects Requirements: Experience working with Tier 1 and Tier 2 contractors Background with a mid-sized contractor or specialist subcontractor delivering complex construction packages Strong knowledge of standard construction contracts Proven ability to manage project finances and contractual matters Excellent communication and negotiation skills Equal Opportunities Statement: Teamforce Labour is an equal opportunities employer.
