What we re looking for

• QTS or equivalent
• Confident behaviour management and a calm approach
• Ability to deliver both practical and theory PE
• Flexibility to work across different schools and year groups
• Driving helps around Lincoln but isn t essential

What you ll be doing

• Leading practical PE sessions across a range of sports
• Teaching key theory topics when needed
• Supporting fixtures, clubs and enrichment
• Building routines quickly and keeping expectations clear
• Slotting into PE teams who value reliability and enthusiasm
