About the role If you're someone who puts customers at the heart of every decision, understanding their needs, and helping them find the right solution, then this could be the perfect role for you. This is a fast-paced, rewarding role where your communication skills, ability to adapt, drive and determination will help you succeed - and where your results are recognized and rewarded. At EE, we're harnessing the power of technology to bring people together and make life better. Join our Newcastle Sales Team, and you'll be right at the heart of it - speaking with customers over the phone, learning what matters most to them, building relationships, and matching them with the perfect EE products and services. From the latest mobile tech to smart home solutions and insurance protection, every call is an opportunity to make a genuine difference. You'll use your energy and ambition from similar roles where you've thrived, met goals, achieved targets, influenced others, or provided great service and you'll already have the transferrable skills to shine here. You'll take responsibility for delivering results and collaborate with your team to share ideas and celebrate success. We'll give you all the training, tools, and support you need to build your confidence and achieve your targets. We understand that life doesn't always follow a set schedule, so we help our people work flexibly - for example, allowing you to plan your own breaks or bank time off to make sure you don't miss the moments that matter most. Bring your energy, curiosity, and ambition - and we'll match it with opportunity. Join us at EE and turn your potential into performance. This a regulated role and is subject to a bankruptcy check in addition to our regular pre employment checks.
