Job Description
An opportunity for a Maintenance Assistant/Handyman/Caretaker based in Birmingham area. This position is full time hours, initially offered on a temporary basis for 3- 6 month possibility of going permanent.
The hourly rate will be roughly £17-£19 per hour through an Umbrella Company
Responsibilities:
- Assisting tradespeople carrying out PPM and reactive maintenance
- Flushing of water systems
- Plant Room Checks
- Fire Alarm Testing and Checks
- DIY and minor Maintenance Tasks
