We are looking to recruit a Chinese Speaking Sales Administrator for a busy office in the Birmingham area.

Duties include:-

  • Dealing with all forms of enquires via telephone and email
  • Taking and processing orders
  • Checking prices
  • Creating quotes
  • Booking deliveries
  • Sending out information to customers
  • General administrative support

Skills required:-

  • Excellent IT skills, includidn Word, Outlook, Excel and Sage 200
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Must be able to read, write, and speak Chinese
  • Used to working in a busy environment
  • Excellent telephone manner and customer service skills
