The role involves planned preventative maintenance and reactive repair of building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance. Candidates must have NVQ Level 2 or 3 in a relevant trade and a valid UK driving licence. This position offers up to £19.00 per hour and includes a company van.
