Job Title: ERP Functional Analyst

We are supporting a large UK organisation delivering a major transformation of its HR, Finance, Commercial and Supply Chain services through modern digital platforms and automation.
They are seeking a Functional Analyst to join the product team responsible for key enterprise applications and integrations.
Key Responsibilities- Gather and document business and system requirements
- Analyse processes and identify improvement opportunities
- Support solution design and functional specifications
- Work with technical teams on system changes and integrations
- Support UAT, releases and post implementation reviews
- Produce documentation, process maps and user guides
- Support stakeholders across HR, Finance, Commercial and Supply Chain
- Experience in a Functional Analyst, Business Analyst or SME role
- Strong stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation
- Experience with enterprise platforms (e.g. Oracle, ERP Cloud, SaaS)
- Understanding of business processes across HR, Finance or Supply Chain
- Experience with UAT, testing and documentation
- Knowledge of integrations, data flows and governance
- Comfortable working in fast paced, change environments
- Cloud / SaaS experience
- Reporting or BI tools
- Certifications (BA, PM, or platform specific)
- Public sector or large enterprise experience
