A Top 100 & Legal 500 listed commercial law firm are looking to recruit a property litigation lawyer to their property litigation team in Manchester. This is a tremendous opportunity for a property litigation solicitor (ideally NQ - 8 PQE) to join one of the UK's leading commercial firms. This firm can offer: Hybrid / Flexible Working (2 Office: 3 Home) Salary to £75,000 Genuine Career Progression Top Quality Benefits You will be working as part of a close knit team that shares work from across the UK but there will be an emphasis on working with London clients and dealing with complex property litigation transactions. There is a clear team structure in place and you will be be working in a team of Associates, Senior Associates & Partners with the chance to progress your career. This position is to deal with a broad mix of development disputes, service charge issues, rent review, dilapidations, break clauses and landlord & tenant disputes. The client base is second to none and you will be dealing with a stellar client base from across the UK and primarily be focusing on the healthcare sector, with clients that include developers, pension funds, landowners, GP practices and NHS trusts. This firm have a fantastic culture and many long serving staff (20 years +), so there is a genuine friendly feel and a tremendous team ethos which leads to a low turnover of staff. Other benefits include generous holidays & pension, work from home, healthcare, gym membership contribution and much more. Salary will be in the range of £45,000 - £75,000 for this role.
