Architectural Technician

Konker is recruiting for an Architectural Technician to join a well-established architectural practice based in North Devon.

The practice works across residential, agricultural and commercial projects, delivering high-quality schemes throughout the South West's countryside.

You'll be involved in a varied workload including bespoke homes, conversions, agricultural buildings and heritage projects.

Salary ranges from £35K to £50K depending on experience.

The Role

• Produce technical and architectural drawings
• Prepare planning drawings and assist with Building Regulations
• Carry out measured surveys and attend site visits
• Liaise with clients, consultants and local authorities

The Requirements

• UK experience as an Architectural Technician / Technologist
• Strong Building Regulations knowledge
• Background in residential, rural or commercial projects
• Revit experience required (AutoCAD / SketchUp an advantage)
• Organised, detail-focused and able to work independently
