Role responsibilities: Offering practical and emotional support to our tenants Delivering a wide range of activities and assisting tenants to access activities and opportunities to promote wellbeing Overseeing rota and staffing requirements, including supervision of staff Communicating effectively with senior colleagues, line managers and agencies to ensure smooth service delivery As a 24-hour service, flexibility is essential for this role. Staff work on a rolling rota designed to meet individual needs in a personalised way. We have a dedicated Waking Night team who provide support overnight.
