Job Description

Property & Asset Management Lead

London Hybrid Full-time

Looking for more than a traditional property management role?

We're partnering with a fast-growing, design-led real estate platform that works with ambitious brands to create workplaces people genuinely want to be in. As the business scales its managed portfolio, it is hiring a Property & Asset Management Lead to help shape how buildings are operated, optimised, and grown. This is a rare opportunity to step into a role that blends hands-on operational leadership with commercial and strategic exposure, working closely with senior decision-makers in a modern, entrepreneurial environment.

What you'll be doing
• Leading the operational management of a growing building portfolio, with responsibility for performance, budgets, and service delivery
• Working cross-functionally to resolve issues, improve processes, and enhance the occupier experience
• Supporting landlord advisory work and contributing to whole-building and portfolio-level thinking
• Analysing building performance and supporting asset management initiatives to drive value and efficiency
• Building trusted relationships with landlords and senior stakeholders
• Owning workstreams end-to-end, with real accountability and visibility

Why this role stands out
• Broader scope than a standard property management role
• Exposure to asset management, advisory work, and commercial decision-making
• Direct access to senior leadership and the opportunity to influence how the function scales
• A chance to help build a platform, not just operate within one

About you
• MRICS qualified (or close to qualification), with strong experience in property management
• Comfortable leading operations while thinking commercially
• Confident, organised, and credible with clients and stakeholders
• Motivated by ownership, growth, and seeing the impact of your work

Package and benefits
• Salary of £55,000 - £67,000
• Equity
• 28 days' holiday plus Bank Holidays
• Hybrid working
• Enhanced parental benefits and wellbeing support
• Cycle to Work scheme, season ticket loans, workplace nursery benefit
• Regular team socials and events

If you're a Chartered Surveyor looking to move closer to strategy, asset-level thinking, and long-term progression, this role offers exposure and responsibility that's difficult to find in more traditional environments. For a confidential conversation, apply or get in touch to arrange a call -
