About the role:
ReeVR are seeking an experienced Senior Stores Operative to join a leading manufacturing business based in Staines.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised and proactive individual with strong MRP knowledge and a background in manufacturing stores operations.

Key Responsibilities for the Senior Stores Operative:

• Oversee day-to-day stores operations, including goods in/out, stock control, and inventory accuracy.
• Utilise MRP systems to manage material requirements and ensure production demands are met efficiently.
• Maintain accurate stock records and documentation in line with company procedures.
• Coordinate with production, procurement, and logistics teams to support smooth workflow and timely material availability.
• Identify and implement improvements to stock management processes and storage layouts.
• Lead by example to promote high standards of safety, quality, and operational excellence within the stores team.
• Support periodic stock audits and cycle counts.

Key Requirements:

• As the Senior Stores Operative you would need experience in a manufacturing stores environment.
• Strong working knowledge of MRP systems (such as SAP, Oracle, or similar).
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy as the Senior Stores Operative.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
