SENIOR ACCOUNT MANAGER - SIGNAGE AND GRAPHICS
STAFFORDSHIRE / DERBYSHIRE
Up to 40K (Depending on Experience) + 21 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays + Quarterly Bonus
Hours: 8:00am - 5:00pm Monday to Thursday / 8:00am - 4:30pm Fridays
Our client is a leading provider of signage and printing solutions, dedicated to delivering high-quality products and exceptional customer service. They specialise in a wide range of signage, including indoor and outdoor displays, static & digital, vehicle wraps, and large format printing services. Their goal is to help businesses and organisations effectively communicate their brand and message through innovative signage solutions.
As a Senior Account Manager, you will play a critical role in managing key client accounts, fostering strong relationships, and driving business growth. Your primary focus will be on expanding the customer base, maintaining existing client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This is a strategic and customer-centric role that requires excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Responsibilities:
Key Account Management: Build and maintain relationships with key clients, understanding their business objectives and identifying opportunities for collaboration and growth.
Business Development: Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the customer base, identify new business opportunities, and achieve sales targets.
Customer Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring prompt and professional response to inquiries, concerns, and requests.
Sales and Negotiation: Lead sales efforts by preparing and presenting proposals, negotiating contracts, and closing deals in alignment with company objectives.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams including design, production, and installation to ensure seamless execution of projects and meet customer expectations.
Project Management: Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from initial concept to final installation, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to client specifications.
Customer Satisfaction: Monitor customer satisfaction levels, proactively address any issues, and continuously seek feedback to improve products and services.
Market Research: Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
Reporting and Analysis leading Team Meetings: Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to track progress, identify areas for improvement, and make informed business decisions.
Responsible for the development and training of the additional account managers in the team. Through the conduction of quarterly reviews, appraisals and supporting them in their work.
