NPD Process Manager

The job

You ll take customer-approved concepts and own everything from factory trial to launch across multiple manufacturing sites.

That includes:

• Running and coordinating factory trials
• Managing critical paths (and adapting when they move)
• Working closely with Technical, Operations and central NPD
• Leading a small process NPD team
• Being the main site contact for customers

What you ll need

• Strong process / scale-up experience in a large factory
• Confidence managing stakeholders and standing your ground
• Comfortable working site-based
