Hours of work:35 hours per week (Monday - Friday, 9am-5pm)

Join Save the Family and help families at risk overcome challenges and build a positive future. As a Family Keyworker, you'll provide guidance, practical support and encouragement to empower families and improve outcomes.

What you'll do:

  • Support families to set goals and achieve positive change.
  • Work with external agencies.
  • Develop programmes for change.
  • Ensure safeguarding and maintain accurate records.

  • Experience supporting families with complex needs.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
