How the EFG Graduate Programme works?
Starting in September 2026 and over a period of 18 months, the EFG Graduate Programme offers a challenging and exciting opportunity for recent graduates. Tailored on individual skills, interests, and competencies, the programme provides an ideal opportunity to obtain wide-ranging experience in an international and fast-growing private banking group:
The EFG Graduate Programme comprises 3 professional paths in which you will equally experience our entrepreneurial spirit, commitment to excellence and innovative thinking.
If you select the Business Functions path, you will gain direct exposure to the core activities that drive EFG's client offerings and market presence.
Within this path, you will complete a 6-month rotation in your preferred business unit, allowing you to specialise in your area of interest. In addition, you will participate in two further 6-month rotations across different business units, expanding your knowledge of the private banking industry and how its key functions operate together.
