Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced M&E Project Manager to deliver a high-value commercial fit-out project in Oxford. The successful candidate will have a strong fit-out project management background combined with solid mechanical and electrical expertise, capable of managing a 10m M&E package from pre-construction through to completion and handover.
Key Responsibilities

Full responsibility for the delivery of the M&E package on a commercial fit-out project

Management and coordination of M&E subcontractors and suppliers

Programme management to ensure works are delivered on time and within budget

Review and coordination of M&E design information, drawings, and specifications

Chairing and attending progress and coordination meetings

Ensuring compliance with health & safety, building regulations, and project standards

Managing commissioning, testing, and final handover of M&E systems

Liaising closely with the main contractor, client team, consultants, and site management
Key Requirements

Proven experience as an M&E Project Manager on commercial fit-out projects

Strong background in both mechanical and electrical services

Experience managing large M&E packages (circa 10m preferred)

Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and workstreams

Strong communication, coordination, and leadership skills

SMSTS / CSCS (or equivalent) preferred
