Turner Property Recruitment are working with a leading consultancy seeking an ambitious Chartered Building Surveyor to join their client-focused teams across Thames Valley, Birmingham, and Bristol.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver projects efficiently from inception to completion, ensuring value for money.
- Comply with established procurement, commercial, and contractual strategies.
- Follow all Environmental, Health, Safety, Security, and Quality Standards.
- Manage multiple stakeholders and provide excellent client service.
- Share knowledge and best practice across projects, supporting team development.
- Prioritise workloads effectively to meet project deadlines.
Candidate Profile
Qualifications:
- Degree-qualified in Building Surveying or a similar technical discipline.
- MRICS or membership of another relevant professional body.
Experience:
- Strong technical delivery experience within a consultancy environment.
- Good knowledge of JCT contracts.
- Proven project management skills from inception to completion.
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders and coordinating teams.
