Are you a welcoming, highly organised professional who takes pride in creating an exceptional first impression? We are looking for a dedicated Showroom Manager to be the face of our flagship Peterborough showroom.

About the Role:
In this pivotal role, you will be the central point of contact for all visitors, ensuring our showroom is a dynamic and impressive space that showcases our brand and products. You will manage all day-to-day operations, from front-of-house hospitality to event support, playing a key part in delivering outstanding experiences for colleagues, clients, and trade partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the welcoming first point of contact, managing the front desk and all visitor sign-in procedures.
  • Ensure the showroom is always presented to the highest standard, coordinating cleaning and maintenance.
  • Prepare and support meetings, demonstrations, and events, including arranging refreshments and catering.
  • Manage product displays, ensuring they are fully stocked, tidy, and current.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and collaborate with marketing to keep all brochures and digital displays updated.
  • Oversee the showroom booking schedule and communicate details to all users.
  • Conduct routine checks on appliances and technology, reporting any faults and ensuring timely resolution.
  • Monitor and maintain AV and presentation equipment, providing basic troubleshooting.
  • Provide logistical support for showroom-hosted marketing and sales initiatives.

  • Experience & Qualifications:
    • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, such as customer service, hospitality, or a showroom/environment is highly desirable.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
    • A hands-on approach to problem-solving and a commitment to maintaining high standards.
