School Secretary

(with responsibility for Pupil Attendance Monitoring and Reporting)

Required to take up post on 23rd February 2026

Permanent post 32.5 hours per week, term time only

Post grade: Level 4/5; points 6-9

Please note that this is a term time only contract.

Term time only post salary: £19,968 - £20,939

We are seeking to appoint a School Secretary whose job will include Pupil Attendance Monitoring and Reporting

This is an exciting opportunity to join our happy and friendly team, where, under the guidance of senior staff, you will be responsible for undertaking administrative, financial and organisational processes within the school. This will include a particular focus on maintaining accurate pupil attendance records and promoting excellent attendance. The post holder will join the administration team as a welcoming first point of contact for our school community.

The role will include:

  • Administrative support for Pupils, Parents and the Communit
  • Secretarial Support
  • Supporting HR Management
  • Supporting Financial Management
  • Supporting Organisational Management
  • Attendance Monitoring and Reporting
