Key Responsibilities
Act as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and telephone enquiries, providing a friendly and professional service Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and welcoming Schedule appointments and manage diaries for solicitors or support staff as required Provide general administrative support to the team, including filing, document preparation, and data entry Support the smooth running of office operations and contribute to a positive team environment
Essential Skills and Experience
Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role, ideally within a law firm or professional services environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently Professional and friendly approach with attention to detail Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) Ability to work independently and as part of a small, dynamic team What's on Offer
