Gas Engineer

Example Recruitment Group are currently recruiting on behalf of a national heating contractor operating within the local authority sector.

They require self-employed heating engineers for a long-term Housing Association contract in West Lothian.

Contract Details:

Location: West Lothian
Contract: Housing Association
Work Type: Installations
Commitment: Minimum of set 3 days per week
Contract Length: 1 year +
Payment terms: Weekly one week in arrears.

Rates:

Paid on a price per job - full schedule of rates to be provided

Requirements:

• 2 years of qualified experience as a heating engineer
• ACS Qualifications including CKR1 & HTR1
• Gas Safe Registered
• Panel van with bulkhead (plain or sign written)
• Clean DBS Check
• No more than 6 points on Driving Licence
• Relevant hand tools
• Access ladders to reach gutter level, an A-frame, and hop up that conforms to BS EN 131 standards.
