Due to a service area restructure an excellent opportunity has arisen within the new Design, Construction and Maintenance (DCM) Team for a qualified Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead, manage and develop a team of quantity surveyors. The newly established DCM Team is responsible for designing and delivering a wide range of building related projects across the Council's school and corporate building estates. The Team adopts a multi discipline approach to ensure that the Council's broad range of policy objectives are fully considered.
