As a Laser Operator, your responsibilities will include:

• Setting up and operating a Bystronic Bysprint 6kw fibre laser
• Loading and unloading materials safely, using ByTrans loader where required
• Reading and interpreting engineering drawings and work orders
• Monitoring machine performance and making adjustments to optimise output
• Performing routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting

As a Laser Operator, your experience will include:

• Previous experience operating Bystronic laser machines (preferred)
• Ability to read technical drawings and use measuring tools accurately
• Familiarity with CNC controls and basic computer skills
• Knowledge of laser cutting materials such as mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminium
• Experience within sheet metal fabrication and nesting software (Bysoft)
