360 Excavator Operator

Kilnbridge is hiring 360 Excavator Operators experienced with groundworks to join its team working on a long-term infrastructure project at Heathrow Airport. This is an excellent opportunity to join a respected contractor delivering on a major UK project.

360 Excavator Operators Heathrow Airport Project

Location: Heathrow Airport

Duration: 18 months

Contract: PAYE

Pay rate: £21-£23 per hour

Hours: 47.5 hrs/week (paid)

Overtime: Available as project progresses

Start: January 2026

Responsibilities:

• Groundworks Excavation
• Shallow / Deep Drainage
• Excavate around live services

Requirements:

• Right to work in the UK
• DBS / Criminal Record Check (CRC)
• Must be able to provide proof of address
• 5 year address history
• 5 year work history
• Valid Competent CPCS or NPORS 360 Excavator Ticket
• Valid Full UK Driving Licence
• Experience with Groundworks Excavation
