Job Description

Our client, a property-based organisation, is looking to recruit an Administrator to support their day-to-day operations. This role is primarily focused on property-related administration, including the handling of council tax and compliance-related bills across multiple properties and schemes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Processing and managing property-related invoices and bills, including council tax and compliance costs

  • Allocating charges accurately across different properties and schemes

  • Liaising with local councils and external bodies when required

  • Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems

  • Supporting compliance administration and documentation

  • Providing general administrative support to the wider team

The Ideal Candidate

  • Previous experience in an administrative role

  • Strong organisational and time-management skills

  • Comfortable working with financial paperwork and invoices

  • Good attention to detail and accuracy

  • Confident communicator with good IT skills

  • Property or housing experience would be an advantage, but is not essential
