HV Operations Manager

Our client is a leading Electrical & Instrumentation contractor, delivering engineering, construction, and commissioning services across the energy, industrial, and infrastructure sectors.

Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced HV Operations Manager to lead project delivery and client engagement across a portfolio of high-voltage infrastructure projects. Working closely with project managers and commercial teams, you will ensure technical compliance, commercial accuracy, and operational success throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead HV projects (up to 235kV) from early client engagement through to completion
• Manage and mentor project teams, ensuring effective delivery and communication
• Review project programs, contracts, and risk registers
• Oversee subcontractor selection and commercial variation handling
• Ensure client satisfaction and manage escalation processes

Key Requirements:

• Degree in engineering or equivalent technical background
• HV/EHV operational experience
• Strong project leadership and client-facing skills
• Experience in HV testing, termination, and cable pull-in services
