Hours: 14 per week
Salary: £10,562 per year (SCP 7, pro rata)
Contract: Fixed term to 30 September 2027
Location: Home based with regular travel across Fenland (driving licence and car insured for business use essential)

Make a difference to young people in rural Fenland
Cambridgeshire ACRE is looking for an enthusiastic and compassionate Youth Support Worker to join our brand new Fenland Youth Connect project. This is a fantastic opportunity to help shape a new service designed to improve wellbeing, reduce isolation and strengthen support networks for young people aged living in some of the county s most rural communities.

About the role
As our Youth Support Worker, you will:
This role is funded by The Evelyn Trust and forms part of our wider work supporting health and wellbeing across rural Cambridgeshire.
What we re looking for
You ll bring:
You will need to be comfortable working evenings and weekends and be able to travel independently by car across Fenland. It is likely the successful candidate will live in Fenland or nearby.
