Job Title: Administrator - Client Reporting

Department: Group Operations

Location: Liverpool

Contract Type: Permanent

Reporting to: Ben Baccino

The Role

This is a varied role which requires interaction with different areas of the business including Investment Management and other departments across Operations.

Excellent communication skills are required, as are self-motivation and a willingness to learn. Full training will be provided in order that the successful candidate may reach a competent level within this role.

Outcomes of the Role
  • Assist in the production of client valuation packs, tax packs and client meeting packs. This includes assisting in the production of necessary valuation and tax pack reprints.
  • Assist in the process of managing un-delivered client emails, where email notification to a client advising of a report being delivered to them electronically, has been returned to us as undeliverable.
  • Produce date of death tax packs and action closing pack requests from other Operations teams.
  • Monitor the team inbox to ensure queries are resolved in a timely manner.
  • Production and working through of regular reports and ad-hoc tasks within the Client Reporting function.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
  • High level of accuracy and concentration with ability to grasp new tasks quickly
  • Ability to work to a high standard under tight deadlines
  • Adaptable, flexible and able to accept responsibility for given tasks
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to build constructive relationships with other members of staff at various levels
  • Ability to effectively prioritise workloads
  • A good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Preferred
  • At least 2 years industry knowledge
  • Understanding/experience of Rathbones' existing systems including ExBO and RID
