This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Workshop Controller to join a company where people come first. You'll be part of a supportive, close-knit team that takes pride in their work, providing top quality maintenance and repair services.

45,000 per year

Mon-Fri: 07:00-15:30 / Mon-Fri: 15:30-00:00 (Rotating)

Sat: 07:00-12:00 (2 out of 4 weeks)

The Role:

• Daily running of the workshop managing a team of technicians ensuring work is carried out correctly and efficiently.
• Develop and support your technicians providing on the job guidance as well as an input into their training requirements.
• Work closely with our service advisors to manage the workload while delivering excellent customer service.
• Support the service manager in delivering operational excellence and delivering key performance tasks.
