Candour Talent are recruiting a Office Administrator for their client based in Rhymney.
- Employment Type: Permanent/Full Time
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday (early finish on a Friday
- Salary: 28k to 32k
Our client is looking for a reliable and customer-focused Office Administrator to join their team.
This role would suit an experienced administrator, who is used to working in a fast-paced environment with a background in manufacturing or similar.
The Role:
- Deal with incoming customer and supplier enquires via email and telephone
- Process sales orders, purchase orders, and customer returns
- Help prepare quotations
- Update online records and support with filing
- Escalate issues as needed
- General office administration duties
The Ideal Candidate:
- Strong administration skills in a fast-paced office environment
- Experience in manufacturing or similar, an advantage
- IT proficiency, including Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good team player
- Driven and self-motivated
- A high level of attention
