Production Technician
Rotating Shifts: 6am 2pm / 2pm 10pm
£30,000 per annum (circa)

A well-established manufacturing business in Diss is recruiting a Production Technician to join its production team. This is a hands-on, shift-based role focused on maintaining production performance, quality and efficiency across rotating shifts.
The Role
You will be responsible for supporting day-to-day production, troubleshooting issues as they arise and ensuring mouldings are produced to the correct standard in line with established work instructions. Working closely with the Team Leader, you will play a key role in keeping production running smoothly during your shift.
Key Responsibilities
You will have experience within a manufacturing or production environment and be comfortable working rotating shifts. A practical, technically minded approach and strong awareness of quality and safety are important.

- Work to established tool setting and production work instructions
- Support tooling trials and process improvements
- Maintain good housekeeping and compliance standards
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and Team Leaders
